North Dakota State Ranked No. 1 In CSJ Preseason Poll

PHILADELPHIA — North Dakota State is attempting to become just the second team in Football Championship Subdivision history to win three consecutive national championships and the Bison are ranked No. 1 in the preseason College Sports Journal/Game Worn Uniforms.com Top-25 poll.
 
The Bison were unanimously picked as the No. 1 team in this poll of FCS experts.
 
Close balloting occurred in positions two through five, with Montana State, two-time national finalist Sam Houston State, Eastern Washington and Villanova rounding out the top five.

 
South Dakota State, Towson, Central Arkansas, Cal Poly and New Hampshire completed the top 10.
 
The Colonial Athletic Association had three teams in the top-10 (Villanova, Towson and New Hampshire) and a conference-leading six overall in the top-25.
