FBS G5 Week 13 Recap and Highlights

This week’s game of the week pitting #4 USF at #1 UCF and this I-4 Battle came down to the end with UCF coming away with the win to stay undefeated (only the second undefeated team in all of FBS left). Also, with the win the Knights claimed the American Conference East Division crown and will play West Division winner Memphis for the conference title and likely a bid to a New Year’s Six game on the line.

Elsewhere, all G5 conference title games are set. Note that the Sun Belt Conference does not have a title game but in the three-way tie, there will be two of the three playing each other this week with Troy visiting Arkansas State. Appalachian State hosts Louisiana and can tie for the crown with a win. Next year, the Sun Belt will join the conference championship game mode.
