FCS Fans Nation Broadcast Media Top 25, 9/12/2022

CHENEY, WA – North Dakota State remains at No. 1 in the FCS Fans Nation Broadcast Media Top 25 in Week 2 of the 2022 FCS football season.

The Bison are one of three Missouri Valley teams in the Top 10, the others being South Dakota State (No. 3) and Missouri State (No. 7). Three Big Sky teams also grace the Top 10 – Montana (No. 2), Montana State (No. 4), and Sacramento State (No. 6).

Jackson State, the only SWAC team in the media poll, enters the Top 10 at No. 10 and is the only HBCU represented in the poll. The rest of the Top 10 is rounded out by one Southland School (Incarnate Word at No. 5) and two CAA schools (Delaware at No. 8 and Villanova at No. 9).

Overall, the Big Sky Conference has the most teams in the Top 25, with Weber State (No. 11), Eastern Washington (No. 16) and UC Davis (No. 21) also represented. The CAA and Missouri Valley have five teams each represented.

The poll consists of select FCS Nation media and community members.
